Losing Belly Fat?
All my extra weight has found itself glued to my mid section. What exercises target these areas? What foods are good for this issue?
As far as exercises anything ab related (As far as exercise goes it might be a good thing to repost that part of your thread in the fitness forums). As far as what to eat i would say use the tools on this site and figure out an acceptable weight loss plan for your height weight and age
There is no such thing as an exercise that targets belly fat. You can target specific areas to build muscle, but it is impossible to target specific areas to lose fat. You just have to lose fat in general and wait for your body to get around to taking it off where you want.
In terms of food, having a clean diet (little to no processed foods) helps a lot of people. And having good posture will help minimize the appearance of a belly.
