Losing finger fat?

Quote  |  Reply

Is it possible for your fingers to shrink when you're dieting? I mean, I know if there's lot of fat stored there, but my fingers were never really that big.

Anyways, lately my rings have just been falling off for no reason. I can just put my hand down and they'll slide right off. It's slightly annoying (because I'll have to go get them resized) and slightly exciting (if I am truly starting to lose something).

I feel ya. It seems the only way I get motivated to work out is if I have someone to do it with (and not some skinny minnie who could do it much better than me, Tongue out).

I think if you got an email notification about it that there might be a link in it? I'm not sure, I've only got a couple friends on here myself!

You can call me Jenn, btw. And my email is jpegg0@aol.com if you ever want to chat. Laughing

I LOVE my Wii Fit! I wish it had more cardio exercises, though I love the yoga and strength.

Well of course it is, if you have lost weight.  Fat can be stored all over your body, including your fingers.  When you lose weight, you lose it according to your own body style, but eventually, if you have any fat in your fingers, then as you lose, they will certainly get thinner. Happens to everyone.
