I'm right where I wanna be now so I started increasing my calories a little bit. I swim with a competitive team 6 days a week in the morning for 2 hours and then I do a weight lifting workout in the afternoon ad sometimes run on the treadmill. My weight on the scale is about the same day to day, but I've noticed I'm getting a layer of fat on my stomach. I know it's not all in my head because I can't see my abs anymore even though I've continued to work them out. Does anybody know what's going on? Why am I gaining fat even though I work out so much?
It could be what you're eating. Some foods are high in sodium and cause your stomach to feel bloated.
