I just weighed myself today again, i think it's the second time in maybe three weeks but can't be sure, I haven't been paying that much attention. Anyway I remember before I joined here i was upto 266lbs which is one of the reasons I did join, the last time I checked i was down to 260 but today I'm at 249.9lbs.
I've been very busy playing with my car and walking most days but the biggest thing is just small changes to the amount I eat, it certainly works.
If it's not that then I must just be evaporating lol, I live in Scotland UK and it's usually cold but it's been roasting the last few days.
Anyway not looking for anything in particular, just thought I'd share.
I live in Florida and ive lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and I do all my cardio in the heat of the day so I sweat more and shed more weight. Seems to be working :)
I'm really noticing it a lot, walking is easier and tinkering with my car, I can bend easier and still breathe lol
