I also like Sugar Free Jello with 2 tablespoons of Sugar Free Cool Whip. A whopping 25 calories that satisfies my sweet tooth.
O yes of course, I do sugar free jello all the time. You can do cool things with plain unflavoured gelatine too - add it to yoghurt, let it set, and you have a pudding!
yesterday i had five spice hummus (but any flavor is yummy) = 50cal for 2 tbs
and a serving of baby carrots = 35
really tasty & filling snack for 85 calories

....
Seriously? Who can eat 10 cashews, or 14 almonds, or 23 pistachios and stop?! Sounds good, but for me, totally unrealistic!
And what do you do with the yolks from the three boiled eggs?
*thinks I'm too sensitive when it comes to serving sizes*![]()
thank you!! this is really helpful!
i find myself starving all day because I am hungry, but not hungry enough to eat a full meal other than breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ):

heh, if there is only 10, 14, or 23 in front of you, I guess you can stop. I prefer to add nuts to something (usually yogurt) instead of eating them by themselves, makes it easier to eat an appropriate amount.
Yeah I know, those numbers are quite specific. Good idea not to have them by themselves...makes you want to eat more. A good idea is to devide your nuts into portions as soon as you buy them...if you really don't trust yourself with the rest of the stash, freeze them?
Oh, and alaskamama - I mostly use egg whites for meals, but I keep the egg yolks. You can make custard or protein bars with the yolks ;)
Some people use it as a hair mask, but it sounds a tad bit messy to me!

"the slew of nutrients in an egg yolk is so comprehensive that a few a day would offer better insurance than a multi-vitamin. Most importantly, the yolk contains most of the nutrients in an egg." http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yol k.html
