How are these macros?

I'm 6"3' 173 lbs and 16 yrs old (male) I am currently eating 1800 cals per day with 180 carb, 60 g fat and 135 g protein. I am also doing insanity: asylum program. Does this sound about right to you?

Not too good with required macro ratios but your ratio of 4:1:2 carb:fat:protien seems high on carbs if you are targeting fat loss n lean muscle maintainance. I'd recomend  2:1:2 of C:F:P. That is a 40:20:40 % ratio in your diet.

Second on your stat your BMR is 1,987. That's the amount of energy (calories) n nutrition your body needs to lie in bed whole day so I'd eat at no less than that level.

So how many grams of each would that be, considering I ate 1800 per day?

What are you trying to do? lose weight or gain muscle mass? I think you need more protein than that usually it's 1 g of protein per pound
