Any ideas of a meal plan that only consists of 1089 calories?

I am not sure of your specific information, age/weight/sex/height, but generally speaking most people need too eat more than 1200 cals per day.  It is very unhealthy to eat any less, and it puts your body at risk of entering into starvation mode, which can slow you weightloss and cause you to hold onto extra cals and store them as fat in times when they are availbe to your body.

You can read more about starvation mode here:

Sorry I didn't address your question specifically.

I am with Bistro MD and their meal plan is between 1000 and 1400 calories a day. The three main meals usually constitute about 800-1000 calories and the rest comes from the snacks. You get have a plan with no snacks and add your own snacks that make up the required number of calories.

Bty, their food is awesome and they don't have any dehydrated food or foods that don't feel natural.

Good luck.

I heard that they use a lot of spam,

I don't know about that coz I don't eat pork so I asked them not to give me anything that has pork. Nevertheless, the give the regular menu as well as my own menu which has all the substitutions. Their food is always made from scratch.
