So I've mostly gone to lurking lately, with the occasional post since I've found another forum that suits my particular needs a bit better. While on this other forum I found out about a website that may help a few of you. I'm not trying to advertise. I just realize that many of us over or under eat unintentionally. Goodness knows as much practice as I've had I should never eat below 1600, let alone 1200, but it has happened on occasion when I don't pay attention and I cannot be the only one. Basically you enter your caloric goals (or more info if you so desire), and it spits out a meal plan. The plan can be edited to meet atkins diet, cut out food groups (like grains), or even some specific foods (like if you hate broccoli). I only just found it, but I think it may help me figure things out and keep at the right level without counting so much.
Nifty link :)
I've tried to use that, but it always gives me weird suggestions like 3 apples and an orange for breakfast...
Just refresh a meal you don't like (I found a few suggestions not ideal and refreshing a meal or re-generating the whole meal plan, gave other promising suggestions).
which they had a snack option instead of 4 meals options.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
