In 5 Months, I am down 28lbs, and 66.6 inches and feeling great!

So I had myself measured today, was a little worried as the scale had only moved about 4lbs in the last two months. but its ok, In the last month I am down another 7.5 inches! and more than 14 the month before that.

So down some 4 pounds but over 21 inches

What does this mean? Scale weight is CRAP does not matter. But my over all physic is improving just fine.

So I have lost 66.6 inches so far, and this is AWESOME, I fit into clothes I have not been able to since college. I can see muscle and definition in my arms, neck and chest when I move or not. I feel great, and look great too. Women are flirting with me again/checking me out. Over all, I am very pleased. I like that when I am lifting weights when I look at my arm I can see veins popping out a little.

For the last five months I have restricted calories  to 1700 to 1900 per day, and done weight training in the aerobic heart rate zone, for the last 6 weeks or so I have been upping the weights I have been lifting and pushing extra hard each time, every time I work a little harder to build that strength. Its been very enjoyable to see the changes and results.

So dont give up if your scale is not moving, it does not mean that good things are not happening. And remember, no one walks around with a scale number on there forehead showing the world. Because most people have No Idea. Its about how you feel and look. not the number of pounds/stones/Kg or carats you weight.

Hey your doing great that's awesome, Keep it up, I am glad your sticking too it and moving forward, its a good feeling to look back and just think. Damn, I just did that!

its official I have lost as much as my son weights. I have lost in 5 months a 3 year old child worth of weight. Thats a whole little person!

It really is amazing that you can lose the fat faster than you put in on....it just takes that patients and discipline!

So that means you have lost like a 2 year old! thats amazing to think.

Wow.. when you put it that way... it really is amazing to think of.

I have no intention of giving up. I figure if we can come this far.. why the heck don't we just go all the way!

:)

Keep up the great work! You rock!

The same thing happened to me.  I do a lot of strength training with weights and when I first started changing my food intake and working out more it was almost three weeks before my scale budged more than a pound or two, but I went down a whole size and a half and I looked leaner!  I learned I couldn't go by my scale alone or I'd get too discouraged.

Congrats on the inches lost, you are kicking those inches butt. Thanks for the info cause I am havubg the same problem, but my husband keep telling me he see the different in my body and my clothes are very lose. I now do measurements.

Same for me, I have only lost 5lbs since the begining of august but I fit alot of my clothes that I didnt even 2 weeks ago.
