that is very good progress -- good for you

You are doing great, don't get caught up too much in what other people are doing or their expectations. Don't think that because *random name* is doing an hour of cardio a day that you should to. This is a great step forward, add to it when you are comfortable. The only way to do this is to do it at your own pace, in your own way. As long as you keep eating right and exercising like this you will keep loosing and getting closer to how you want to be. Good luck!

That is great!! how many calories do you eat a day?
Desireadee, this is great progress, congratulations!!!! Its important not to overdo it... As you get closer to your goal weight, it'll get harder to lose those last pounds.. So you'll have to eventually work out more; so all u need to do is slowly change your exercise routine... Good luck!!!!!

Floriane :)

Fourteen pounds in six weeks is above average for anyone.  You are doing great, just make sure that you are eating enough so that you have lots of energy for the rest of you journey and don't burn out.

Take care.

Wow! Thats over 2 pounds a week!  Steady progress over time will prevail.  You may not see 2 pounds off every week but stay the course.  You are doing great!!

Congrats!
