Need help with losing weight, not gaining muscle !

Hello all, I'm just your average teenager trying to shed some pounds. To start off with, I'm 15, and 130 pounds ( give or take ). I'm a freshmen in High School, and I used to eat out nearly every day. Thankfully, I've stopped that and learned that is very unhealthy! However, a year ago I used to be 115 -117 pounds. It was my ideal weight, and I'd like to get back to that.

Does anybody have any suggestions? I eat out once a week usually, two at most, and 100% of the time it's chinese food with 2 other friends. I do Aquafit (kinda like swimming) for 45mins every Monday and Wednesday. I also play Badminton on Thursday, and Friday. I go to the YMCA on Saturdays to Swim or Run or do other exercises there. I have Physical Education everyday which is 75 minutes of running, jumping, playing sports, planking, sit ups, push ups, etc. I feel like I'm working my body hard enough, because I also sometimes come home and do Ab workouts and body workouts using videos.

I count calories by using this app on my Iphone (MyNetDiary). I've been trying to lose the weight for almost a month now, with no success, I've been gaining weight too ! I can't tell if it's weight or muscle, but I'm getting tighter but not leaner. I feel likke I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what!

On average, I try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I only drink water, unless my mother makes me drink milk/chocolate milk during dinner. For breakfast, I usually have cereal or half a bagel with cream cheese. For lunch, I have a microwavable healthy choice, etc, etc. For an afternoon snack, I usually have a fruit and a cereal bar. For Dinner, I have whatever my mother makes, but sometimes half of it. For a late snack, I have carrots and dip, and some chips ( not good)

I want to reach my goal by June, or the end of summer. I'm trying really hard, yet I seem to be gaining. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions? To be honest, sometimes I cheat. It's a bad thing, like for dinner I'd have chicken nuggets and fries, or I'd have more chips than carrots. I have to stop it, but I feel so frustrated.
Thanks in advance! xoxo.

How tall are you? Forgive me if I don't think your weight at 14 is going to be your ideal weight for life. A year is a long time for change at your age. Unless you are about 5', you should reconsider dieting. You are still growing.
