Congratulations! That's actually a huge accomplishment. It must've felt great. (:

Okay so today I went shopping for all of my summer clothes. I went from a size 10 in women's shorts to a size 4!!!! And a 13 to a 7 in juniors! I was AMAZED! I didn't think I was that small! All of the shirts I bought were smalls! I used to be large and sometimes XLarge! I was in love with my body today and am so proud of myself:)
Congrats.. but actually a size 10 is not that large.. of course it all depends on your height and build.. but if it makes you happy. Great. Hopefully this change also results in a healthy BMI.. but you didn't provide and real stats that I could see.
I was just hoping this was healthy....there is/was no way of knowing. Go ahead and applaud, but you wouldn't do that for someone who was in danger of harming themselves..or would you..maybe...Excuse me for thinking beyond the rack..
Suppose I went from a 16 to an 8?..Go ahead and slap my back... yeahh yeahh..
Digging through other posts I did see you were 5' 3.5" now this makes sense. You shouldn't be insulted because there are other people trying to lose too much weight.
Grats Peanutbutterxo but please don't think amwick was trying to be rude or burst your bubble, it happens more often than you think people with EDs looking for praise and mask it with weight loss accomplishments and just leave out details like going from a BMI of 20 to 17. And yes some people, especially when details aren't all shown, are hesitant, and I am sure you are understanding over such genuine worry and caring over health :)
Congratulations.. Good job!
Given that the OP wrote two threads (one was deleted) on fears of gaining 1-2lbs overnight, she asked "permission' to eat a bowl of cereal before bed, and she has at least one thread where she is clearly undereating (yet asking if it's too much) -- amwick has just as much right as anyone else to temper her enthusiasm at the OP's achievements.
Amwick's questions were of concern for well-being, not for any other reason.

I wanted to point that out... but was tired of this..... thank you.

sorry amwick! we thought you were only basing your comments on this thread!
something a bit strange here.. I should have read the other posts(threads) more carefully. Thats just my opinion and please don't bite my head off. Lets all wish PB good luck.
ahhh so jealous! My goal is a size 7 in juniors and a size 8 in women's. How much weight did you have to lose to get to a 7!? How tall are you and how much do you weigh!? At 145 I'm a size 9, usually....I think. so I hope at my goal weight (135) I can be a size 7....
Congrats on reaching your goal!!! I'm a size 10 (XL) right now and hoping to reach my goal by January! Great job, it's not easy, takes a lot of will power and determination and you did it!!!!!
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
