Newbie looking for opinions & guidance

ok, im not a young person (44) and I have fought the battle since i can remember.  For the last year I actually thought I had finially figured it out.  Now..its like I am new to this or something.  I have put my heart and soul into exercising the last year.  6 days a week dedicated to the gym BECAUSE I ALWAYS SUCKED WHEN IT CAME TO THE FOOD PART OF THE DIET so i figured i would really push the exercise and see if i got a change.  I did, i went from 127 to 117 but now the scale is creeping back up to 120.  Since january of this year I have tried no less than 4 different plans. Atkins (nothing), weight watchers (6 lbs off then on in first month), special K diet (too Hungry) and then I tried just eating vegetables (no energy) I am lost, I still exercise (all cardio...maybe thats part of problem) and I cant budge the scale unless i kick it.  I am a terrible cook, i leave my house at 630 am for work and get home at 730 pm so i dont want to cook that late.  I have been doing the ww dinners or the LC or HC dinners but am seeing no loss at all.  I am going on my first ever cruise this october with friends who are all "perfect" and can wear a nice swimsuit where i dont feel comfortable.  Oh and I am only 5 feet tall so if your reading this thinking 120 shes fine, well if i were 5'5" i would be but i have a belly bulge and some excess junk everywhere else.    Do anyone have a plan i should try, follow, live, eat sleep.  I am looking for guidance and anything is appreciated.   Shelly
