Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased a nike fuel band. It supposedly tracks the calories you burn from normal activity such as walking, etc. I'm a little confused though. Say I burn 1000 calories a day according to the band and my BMR is 1400. Does that mean I would add the 1000 to the 1400 and thats the net I burned per day? Or is it different. I just want to make sure I"m being accurate so I know how much I may consume. Anyone know the answer to this?
Thanks!

I wouldn't add the number, since it probably already tracks your expenditure based on some data you added yourself, right? (height, weight)
Do you wear it constantly?
yeah i do
let us know how it works out i always wanted a bodybuggy or whatever calorie arm band

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
