Hit the weights! It's the best and fastest way to get your body to change.
What's your age, gender, current body weight and height.
i am 28yrs,female,118lbs and am 5/3....thanks..
Sash08, you are already at a very healthy weight!
If you plug your stats into the tools on this site, you have a BMI of 20.9. That is wonderful!
If you feel a little out of sorts, try toning up by hitting the weights- just like Spirochete said.
Or you could do some yoga or pilates, both of those are a sculpting sort of workout.
Also, you should be consuming well above 1200 calories a day, more about 1800 calories. I would say try not to limit your calories too much, this can lead you down a road to ED's and a supressed metabolism.
Be careful, happy and healthy!
Best of luck.

Your current RMR is about 1230 a day. The website shapeup.org was
founded by the former US Surgeon General C Everett Koop and also has a
long list of PhDs and experts as advisors. This site says if you eat
below your RMR you might slow your metabolism... but to increase your
deficit, you can also exercise (and not eat back calories).
You are very likely not losing weight because your current average calorie level is close to your natural maintenence level.
I am 128 pounds, age 52, and so my RMR is about identical to yours. I maintain on about 1550 per day... I do three strenuous weight-lifting classes a week, plus other exercise, housework and so on. This past week I ate a little more, because I was doing housepainting for several hours a day. ... lots of going up and down ladders.
If you are basically maintaining at 1500, then you have to expect to lose less than a pound a week if you dieted at 1230. It is unrealistic to expect to lose 10 pounds in 2 months at your current weight. 107 is your lowest weight... under that is underweight. I agree that you are currently at a good weight. If you choose to lose more, do it real slowly.
You shoud check out the "featherweight" posts too.

I am in the same boat as you....I also eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and walk 45 mins, 4 days a week. I have not lost much weight either. Even though I have not lost any weight, this morning I put on pants that I could not wear a month ago ( and they are baggy)...so try measuring, even if you have not lost weight chance are you are smaller. Hang in there!
Don't get discouraged, and I agree with spirochete about the weights. I
haven't been losing weight very fast either BUT I have been losing
inches. I've switched my focus from what the scale says to actually
getting smaller and losing fat. Give yourself time, be safe, and the
results will come.
