I've been weighing myself everyday, but I'm starting to think I should stick with doing it only once or twice a week.
Yesterday I weighed 157.2 and today I weighed 159.2. I know that I can't gain 2 lbs by eating 1400 calories (which is 200 over what I uslaly eat), but it's still disappointing.
Or will weighing myself everyday keep me more accountable?
What does everyone else do? What works best?
It really depends on the individual person. Some people will go crazy if they look at the scale every day but other people need that daily accountability to keep themselves in check. Try it both ways and see which you prefer.
Cause I can't do the once a week thing. I'd go crazy XD
@saphielouise Is right, once a week is what is recommended by doctors and nutritionists. More than that doesn't give you good information. Weighing too much can also fuel an obsession with a number, which isn't healthy. But at the end of the day it's what works for you and helps you live a healthy, active life.
