over my calorie intake on days I don't exercise...

Is that ok? I'm suppose to have 1450 calories per day and I can def get that on days I work out, but on days I can't exercise I go over. I eat every 3 hours.. Advice???

what are your stats? also, what happens when you dont eat every three hours?
I'm 165 pounds, 5'9, my weight goal is 150. Nothing happens dramatically, but I do get cravings and I'm just learning to control myself with food etc

I found I ate more the day after a workout than the workout day itself, and when I look over the numbers it seems to even out fine or better than fine just on some rest days I do look like I ate more than I should. Look at your numbers over the course of the week,  if you still are generally on target for  0.5-1lbs loss a week I wouldn't sweat it.
