What part of your body loses fat first?

Quote  |  Reply

Hey everyone I just wanna say that I officially lost a total of 20 pounds. I went from 185 to 165...I was just wondering what part of your body did you saw differences in? Even though I lost 20 pounds I still feel the same...the only thing I noticed was my stomach being smaller than before. Thanks!

I don't know for sure where I lost it first but my Mom used to joke that the women on her side of the family tend to lose it first in our breasts & fingers :)

Hello! I've lost 7 lds so far, and i noticed my boobs got a little smaller and my stomach has flated a little. My goal is to lose 20 lds. 13 more to go!! :)

I seem to have lost most of my weight in my abdomin.  Though it is noticeable to my family and to my clothes (lol)...I must have a ways to go yet because my abdomin is still out there.

Ive lost 12lb since june and weight has all gone from my backside which is now almost totally flat!  Trousers are flapping at the back!  My stomach seems just as big and round as ever - hope it will even out soon!

Same here! My stomach has always been my problem area and it's the last place to lose weight.

I lose from out to in.

I am one of the rare that loses weight evenly throughout my body (except for my boobs). Apparently when I've lost more weight this will be a good thing, currently it just means that you can't really tell I've lost weight. I've lost 20 lbs and about a quarter of an inch from everywhere, and without a tape measure you would never know : )

hips and waist ftw

I notice that first my stomach gets flatter, and my face gets thinner...

my weight loss is visible in my face. And lost some inches around hips and waist.

My face and stomach for sure...

My face and waist. Back fat tends to melt away veeeeeeeeeeeeery slooooooooooooowly, which is frustrating

My face and shoulder/arm area thin out first....then I suppose it trickles down

I first started noticing in in my face, my cheeks are less puffy and under my ears where I suspect my jawline is awaiting, definately less of a double chin. My tummy is as pudgy as ever unfortunately and I would love to see less boobage!Laughing

I lost weight around my fingers, wrists and forearms, face, neck and chest early on (though my breasts somehow managed to increase in size. That was weird and unnecessary D=) before I lost any in the places I'd considered to be 'chubby'.

I know, logically, that my thighs/belly/arms have slimmed down a ton since then (40lbs had to come from somewhere, right?) but for some reason I have a hard time seeing any great improvement...

I use my collarbones as a pretty accurate indicator of how much weight I have gained/lost. I am not a bony person, but my collarbones are prominent - when they disappear, I know I'm in trouble.

So yeah, collarbones. My face too. I have lost nearly 6 pounds in 2 weeks and I've also noticed my tummy is a bit less flabby. Everything is tighter, but these are only the kind of differences that I would notice - nobody else would (sigh). I always struggle to lose from my backside and legs! Even back when I was skinny I always had problems with those...everything else was fine.

THIGHS- the devils. when they start to get cellulite i start to worry a lot. through genes i have a big bottom so they come with thighs that are hard to excersise. stomach  is hard but i will dance my way out

My face, then my sides (pudge handles)

My face and stomach. Although I still have about 25 pounds to go, I can see the outline of my 6 pack (sometimes) It used to be nice. Can't wait! My thighs get ridiculous first, although they are my favorite place when I get them in order :) But that is usally the last place I get in line. After my total of 41 lbs, I expect to go down only a little less than a cup size, small C to full B which is what happened last time.

Upper part of my stomach, the area around my neck & my thighs

Sadly, my hip measurments don't change much at all... they were the same at 200lbs and at 160lbs

Hips are awesome! Some people can never get them!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
