Peanut Butter?
I absolutely love peanut butter, but I am unsure how to 'eyeball' a serving size. I heard somewhere that one tablespoon is about the size of a golf ball. A serving is about 2 tablespoons, so in order to eat one serving of peanut butter, I am allowed about 2 golf balls worth. Is this correct?

Depending on you're diet, Peanut butter is actually good for you!, it has you're good fats and oils, and low carbs, so when you are high on carbs one day, and need some protiens and fats, eat ya a couple spoon-fulls. I'm on a 1700 calorie diet, and my carbs always fill up first, and need more fats and protiens to fill in the hole (my stomach).
You can't eliminate fat out of you're diet, as much as you'd want to. You need at least 20% fats a day, at least 20% protien, and as much as 60% carbs, or 25, 25, 50.
What I'm trying to say is.. Peanut butter is good for you, as long as you dont eat it a jar at a time. :)

When I am having a PB sandwich, I put the slice of bread on my scale then zero it out and add the pb a little at a time until I hit the amount of grams.
And for dipping purposes, I use tupperware smidgets (the little containers that are about the size of a half dollar) and weight it out too.
