Let Get That "Perfect Body" Together!
Hey Guys,
I'm Pistol, a teen trying to lose weight. I've been struggling with my weight loss for the past 2 years (on and off) and now at 125 pounds (57 kg). I'm wanting to lose a bit more, as I have a high body fat percentage, but I'm also wanting to gain muscle. I was wondering if you guys had some day to day diet tips for lose last ten pounds, and some ideas on how to get that "perky" butt and thin waist line. I used to be in very good shape when I was younger but now I have no muscle and a lot of fat. Any tips, support, workout plans, or diets would be greatly appreciated.

Pistol at 5'7" 125 pounds you are my "Perfect Body". I can't belive you don't look great at this height and weight.
Lifting weights would probably be your best route. Your body will tighten/tone up and give you the look you may be wanting.
I'm the same height as you and I would look deathly ill at 115 pounds.
I would love to have my "Perfect Body" back, but at this point I know lifting weights is the only thing that will help me get there.
Best of luck.
Lifting weights definitely helps. High intensity cardio exercises or x-training ( I.e biking and running) anything that pushes your body out of your comfort zone.
Foods- absolutely no sugar drinks (including alcohol) or Processed carbs.lots of fat burning foods like nuts, berries and salmon, leafy veggies are great too (kale, spinach, arugula).
Hope this helps.
I'm 5'7 and 125 pounds. The stats sounds good, but the image isn't. Over all my eating is very healthy, I'm just trying to get that beautiful body that one would be proud to show off. At my age (16) the social scene is very vain and looks take precedent over personality (its sad, I know). But anyways thank you guys for your help! I'll definitely start some weight training to "tighten and tone" and add some more veggies!

Pistol, that image is airbrushed like crazy... I can almost guarentee you that girl had about 50+ shots and a zillion lighting changes, not to mention a makeup and photo editing team, to get that image.
We all remember being teens and the vanity of our peers, I assure you. Trust me when I say that lifting heavy and doing compound movements will help you to achieve the dream body. Make sure you are eating enough an build up that muscle girl!
It might be shopped a bit (or a lot) but it doesn't mean it isn't attainable
Being healthy is a big thing for me :) I'm upping my protein to build those muscles and am going to start strength training. I do still need to lose that layer of fat (about 1 inch around the waist and 2 around the thighs) but I'll be satisfied once I do.
