F/16/111

My BMI is 16.9 which heaps of people have said is underweight but this site says I'm in a normal range, yay :)

5'5 Female 115.6 : BMI 19.2 - Healthy Range, but pushing.2 from Underweight... Ugh.

5'7.5" 22 female -  23.7 BMI

uhhhhhh...something must be wrong with this BMI calculator!!!

I am 6 ft 3 inches and I weigh 225 to 230 lbs....it says I am overweight and I dont disagree with that.

BUT

I started entering in different weights to see what it would say and it shows being 6 ft 3 inches and 165 is "normal"

LOL - if you have ever seen a 6 ft 3 inch 165 lbs 31 year old man...there is nothing "normal" about that!

That would be a BMI around 20, which would be quite light for a man.

Also, BMI is less accurate for taller people.

166cm / 19 female / 22.7 BMI (healthy?)

I go with the one from http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

39.4,  I'm Australian so 156cm, 95.9 kilos. I used to be at 41.5 at 101.1kgs

25 years old, 168 cm 55kg / 121 lbs

BMI = 19.5

My BMI was 30.8 when I first came to this site.  Now it is 23.1.

5'9, 29 year old female, large frame.  Currently 39.0, down from 39.8 about two weeks ago.  My goal weight is 158 at the moment, which would put me at about 23.8.  Once I get there, I'll see how I feel about how I look and if I want to lose more.

Congratulations to all of the people here who reached a healthy range, and good luck to those who are still working!

177cm, 54.2 kg, BMI 17.3

5'4, 113, 19.4...I could stand to gain a few more pounds, I guess. just barely above the normal range.

5'4", 108, 18.5. Exactly where I like it; low as I can go without being underweight. (I'm maintaining, not losing.)

I have a very, very small frame and the stature of an eighth grader. At my previous weight, low 130s, I still had to wear children's clothes because adult clothes are way too long, and that meant searching everywhere for XXLs and size 20 because I was too fat to fit anything smaller. Now I fit a large, and it's easy to find what I need. It's also strong motivation not to lose any more, because if I get any smaller, everything will be too short.

5"5", 117, 19.4( healthy), i m happy with my weight , i never felt so better.
