Lose fat by diet and exercise. That's it. You can't target fat lose. So don't bother doing a million crunches.
You cannot choose where fat comes from, not by diet and not by exercise.
Without more info, it's hard to give you advice. Age, weight, gender, and height, and how much you are eating.

I dont do crunches because it doesnt work, all it does is stregnthen the abs under the belly.
Well basically my point was you can't work off your love handles by doing a specific exercise. You just have to lose weight.

Oh okay i see , what kind of exercises do you recommended me doing to lose my belly?
Well, as the previous posted mentioned doing exercises in the abdominal area can help tighten up and tone that area. Love handles are typically associated with the obliques. You can do bicycle crunches, which target the obliques or side bends. However, as I mentioned, that will not get rid of the layer of fat over the muscle. To lose the fat, diet and exercise and lift weight. If you aren't overweight, just have love handles, it should only take about 10 pounds max to get rid of them. It really depends. I don't know your dimensions. Whatever exercise you prefer, it doesn't matter, just get your heart rate up.
