After reading some posts about some people saying that eating at their bmr has helped them lose weight I decided thats exactly what I am going to do. Combined with and hour or two of walking (pushing stoller) with my son 5x a week and doing some jumping jacks/squats/treadmill 3x a week:) wish me luck!!:)
