I'm unsure what my activity level would be - "sedentary" or "lightly active."
I work a retail job part time (about 25 hours/week). I also take a 2-mile walk maybe 3-4 times per week and do 25 sit-ups every other day. Other than this I'm relatively inactive now that classes are out and I'm not walking around on campus anymore. What do you guys think? Thanks!
