I was wondering, is it better to snack all day or should I solely stick to 3 struck meals a day?

Small meals are better.  I believe you should feed your body every 3 hours.  I am sure I will be corrected, but, that is what my doctor told me.  It feeds the body.  Good luck!

Have you seen any results?

It's irrelevant.  What matters is that you eat the appropriate amount of food. Eating 3 times a day feeds the body just as well.

Eat when your body tells you too! Some people 'graze' all day long with no real 'meals' to speak of. Some people eat three meals a day and that's all they want and need. Experiment! One day try eating only three meals, the next try snacking only, the next try a combination of both..you will find what works best for you! :)

It really depends on whether your 3 meals keep you feeling full.

As I've cut my portions, I have found that the smaller meals do not keep me feeling full.   I also can't keep my blood sugars level at 3 meals.  I have 2-3 snacks a day.  Nothing big for snacks, just tide-me-over things like a bowl of fruit or a snack pack pudding or even a protein whey shake.  Whatever it is I need to balance my nutrition goals for the day.

Some people need to eat more than 3 times a day for the blood sugar stabilization.  Also, if your older, you need to spread out your food.

Best wishes

This is a personal preference that, in my opinion, can vary from day to day. Try to stick around your target number of calories each day either in a bunch of snacks throughout the day, big meals or a mix of both. Planning is really helpful or somedays in which you're attending an event or have a busy schedule, you have to make sure you get in enough good-for-you calories and keep full, however, other days you can play by ear when things are less structured. On those days, feel free to mix up your meals and snacks depending on your mood for the day. Best of luck on healthy eating and snacking!

Laughing hey if you track every bite i think it might be easier to do it like that.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
