CRAAAAAAAAAAP...  It is TTOM though....  If I could just break into the 130 range.  I don't know why I just can't get there....

I will definitely not be weighing in every day.  I want to transition into doing it Fridays for the rest of this journey.. prob when maintaining too.  I think seeing my trend with only 4-5 weighins every month will be very helpful with not seeing the daily fluctuations messing it up.  And will help to track TOM very nicely too.

I will so take that pound!  I worked hard this week!  My new challenge is finding new healthy foods that I enjoy, I'm currently loving black bean burgers and roasted chick peas.  This coming week I'm planning on trying lime and cumin bean salad and sweet potato bites.

so ... this weigh in is depressing... but with having my bridal shower, stagetter last weekend, and then a crazy hellish busy week followed by subway dinner last night before weighing in (and total lack of water in about a week) its to be expected. Im not impressed, but not surprised....

Ive joined the weigh in detox idea... and think this may help me become less 'deflated' about my weight loss without seeing all the fluctuations... once i feel deflated i lose motivation thinking "whats the point!?" .. so hopefully this works for me...

also i have to stick to drinking my water and counting cals EVERYDAY... even on busy days... intuitive eating (or memory calorie counting) never works for me... at least not yet... one day hopefully...

Pretty pumped about today's weigh-in. It's partially because I'm sick, but I have been sticking to healthy eating since my return from vacation. As far as turkey day, I'm actually really excited. I'm running the drumstick dash (local 4.5 mile run that benefits a soup kitchen) and spending the day with family. And of course, good eats! Not counting, but not planning to stuff myself senseless.

This is such a dissapointment for me! UGH. How frustrating. But I only have myself to blame.
