So, I weighed around 150 a week ago when I started regularly using CC.
My goal weight is the healthy weight of 130.
After this week I weighed in this morning and I'm at 146.5!!!
That's 4 pounds! I am so encouraged and excited!
Good job. Its pretty common to see a big jump the first week, so don't be discouraged if next week its 1-2 pounds. Remember as long as your losing its going the right direction.
