I recently have upped my calorie intake to 1500. I was severely under eating before and I'm trying to fix it to lose my final couple pounds.
I know eating small meals through out the day is the best way, but I find when I try to eat small meals I end up with a whole bunch of snacks. I eat all my calories and hit my nutritional needs, but I just wanted to see if it was okay just snacking all day? Any other snackers out there feel the same way?

How you choose to eat your calories is a completely personal thing. I tend to be drawn to 4 meals per day with no snacks, others choose meals with snacks or 2 meals a day - provided you're sticking to your calorie limit, eat the way that suits you and your lifestyle.
