Sounds crazy but i can not loose anything with this question, summer time is around the corner, and i would like to be decent at the beach ,or at least not too embarrased to be in swimsuit, any suggestion or advice it  would be really apreciated.

I have lost 10 lbs in the last month.  I make sure I maintain a 500 cal deficit by either cutting calories (make sure you are eating healthy!) or by increasing my activity.

Of course, I didn't see any improvements until I cut sugar out of my diet!  Since then, the lbs have been dropping off  Laughing

Did you cut sugar from everything? did you use subtitutes o just choose no to get it at all?, did you feel tired? thx for givin me the hope

depends on your current weight. that would be 1 pound every 3 days...so .33 pounds each day...2.33 pounds in a week. So if you're 233 pounds that's acceptable but any less then you're losing too quickly.

1% of your bodyweight is the recommended weight loss for safe, sustainable results. so, i'd say to take is slow and make it stick. you don't want to lose just to gain again.

I am current weighting 142 lbs and all my body fat seem to be on my arms face and belly

Then no - trying to lose 20lbs in 2 months would not be recommended, nor healthy.

Cry

its all about your calorie intake and exercise.

I lost about 7 pounds in the last 2 Weeks but thats because i went for ~1300 calories a day(very light consistent meals throughout the day) + running for an hour every alternate day and brisk walking for an hour every other day. At the same time maintain consistent activity thoughout the day, not just sit on the couch or bed and sleep after.

Thats me though, not sure if this is perfectly healthy but thats how i did it

nope..not healthy. 1300 calories as  A MAN, running for an hour, is by no means healthy. even sedentary that calorie intake is WAAAY to low for a man, even for most women for that matter.

At your stats - no way. Losing like that would not be healthy and lets be realistic here- it would be gained back maybe even with interest.

There are many posts on here about the dangers of starving yourself and that is what you would have to do so it is just not possible to lose that amount of weight safely in 2 months. If you try to do that you could end really messing up you metabolism. I started at 215 pounds and even I cannot lose 20 pounds safely in 2 months.

But don't be sad! You can still try to lose about 5-10 pounds in 2 months. It's better than nothing!

Well, I'd say that http://caloriecount.about.com/eat-today-ft285 03-224#4494 plan is not going to do it for you, unless you're asking if you can ruin your metabolism in 2 months.  You might lose the weight, but the second you resume even a moderately normal diet, you will gain it all back and then some.  Of course, that's assuming you can survive more than a few days with this kind of diet.

You can't meet your goals in a healthy and sustainable way with this plan and you know it.  If you're looking for shortcuts, you'll just shoot yourself in the foot and prolong your struggle.

And if you are struggling with disordered eating as you mentioned in the above thread, then seek professional help.  But for god's sake don't threaten people on CC for pointing out that your behaviors are unhealthy.

First , it was just a question, like i said at the begining i did not loose anything asking (of course i was not counting with jugmental people)second, you said Threaten??? are you out of your mind??? when i did such a thing? , you should learn this: in live if you dont have nothing nice to say , dont say anything ok.

when people mentioned that your behaviors were unhealthy on the Foods Forum, you told them that you would just stop posting because apparently there was no where for you to discuss your behaviors without judgment.  the threat, then was saying "if you're not willing to accept my unhealthy behaviors, i'll just go starve myself and keep quiet."

i didn't learn the lesson you mentioned in kindergarten.  however, i did learn the distinction between lose and loose and it looks like you may want to bone up on that one.

Wow, if you took my opinion  as a threat , well that is really your problem, now about the other comment i'll take it as a compliment, I just came to this country 8 years ago without knowing a simple word of your language, anyways please forgive my grammar I'm still learning it, (i guess i could use the spellchecker, but i don't like it),  my questions for you are  the following: if you read my other post and the answers  I had received, it was necessary to mention it here again????Didn't you read my answers , didn't you understand what i said??? like i said Do you have something nice to say??? because I do! Thanks for the grammar lesson.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
