That concerns you? For your height you seem to be at a completely normal weight.

What isn't normal, however, is how much you are eating. You need to raise your caloric intake.

32 years. What should I be eating? I need to build up my quads for a knee op in the fall?

More protein, less carbs.

You are probably adding muscle too, the intensity of a good spin class can do that.

She is not adding muscle through spin .... Sorry there's no way not on a defecit. If you need to strengthen your quads spin is good but I'd start doing things like really heavy squats, deadlifts, leg extensions
Thanks guys spoke with trainer this morning and have new plan for diet and quads
