I was thinking it might be nice to have a post where we can post our weekly losses?
Mum and I (mum's not a member) weigh each other on a sunday evening so I was thinking that any other sunday folk could join me in posting our results to help motivate and support each other, a good idea??

I started calorie counting last week and have lost 2lb in my first week, not a huge loss but a step on the right path :)
I s everyone posting early cos its Thanksgiving in US? ... it did confuse me.. had to check my calendar to make sure its still only Thursday.. lol!
lost 3lbs so far this week but its mostly water I'm guessing, as its been TOTM, maybe another pound by sunday?
Today I was 10st 8 (148lbs)!!

Thanks.. I seemed to have been retaining alot of water whilst I was exercising trying to lose the inches, but I injured back the other sunday so haven't exercised for about 2 weeks and 3 lb dropped off first week and then another 3 lb today.
I want tummy smaller though and I only seem to lose inches when doing the early morning workouts that really make me sweat, as measurements haven't changed since I last did at least 3 early morning workouts in the week.
I went xmas shopping with a friend on Tuesday though and got some new clothes in size 16 and my Pj's were 14-16 from Disney shop which I was thrilled with as I was size 20 in June! .. made my day that I could get in those PJ's now!! ![]()
Shifted the pound I regained last week, and took another one off too :)
- Start Weight = 340 pounds
- Last Weigh-in = 239 pounds
- Current Weight = 237 pounds
- Weight Lost this week = 2 pounds
- Total Weight Lost = 103 pounds
- Target Weight = 182 pounds
Edit: In practical terms - that's a reduction from 56" waist to 44" as I discovered today. Luckily, I have exactly TWO pairs of 44" waist trousers left from over a decade ago. I also have about four weeks worth of shirts that now fit me. Sometimes being a hoarder really helps :)
Started my journey at 202. Went down to 179 in August then put on 8-9 pounds. Worked hard this week with counting calories and starting to really workout again and GAINED weight, gained 3 lbs this week at 1500cal and 2.5 workouts. Keep working hard and trying to not be frustrated.
Made up for slacking this week - and, yes, I *DID* check the reading three times
- Start Weight = 340 pounds
- Last Weigh-in = 237 pounds
- Current Weight = 230 pounds
- Weight Lost this week = 7 pounds
- Total Weight Lost = 110 pounds
- Target Weight = 182 pounds
The overall trend for the last three weeks is consistent - there was obviously one heck of a water weight "hump" in the line

A week off from calorie counting this week due to work stuff - hopefully back on the wagon next week despite my birthday on Tuesday

Hi i have been 112-114 for ever and have all of a sudden gained and dont know why,Im on medicine so that might be why,plus its final exam week a little stressed so i guess im starting over.

ok so I managed to look at the scale this morning after our family christmas dinner yesterday .my weight this sunday has went from 118.6 last wk tooo 114. lbs yayyyy!
