I'm not sure I completely understand why the weight trend line is higher than my weight loss line. What exactly do they both mean and how are they relevant to each other?

The trnd line is drawn using the average of the last certain number of days weight loss for each day ( moving average) This removes possible daily fluctuations to give you your weight loss trend.
