Trying to lose ten pounds...how does this sound as far as nutrition goes?

So I'm not overweight. I'm quite healthy and want to lose about ten pounds for vanity purposes only, which would put me on the light side of a healthy weight. I do have a very active full time job - I'm a food service worker at a hospital and am on my feet for 8ish hours a day, and then work out 3-5 times a week (half hour treadmill, twenty or so minutes of weight training.) I eat both breakfast and lunch at work. Here is what I have:

B- Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit

L- Pb sandwhich on wheat bread and a light yogurt

S- Either fruit, some cool whip (if I have a sweet tooth), or carrots

D- Either a turkey sandwich on wheat with a slice of cheese, pickles, and light miracle whip with carrots OR 1 cup of oatmeal with 1/4 sugar free maple syrup, 1 tbsp light marg., and half a tbsp pb.

How does this sound as far as being nutritionally balanced? I vary the amount of the things I eat at dinner and snack based on my activity level for the day. I'm more worried about getting a balanced diet. (I'm 19, if that counts).

Does this sound okay? I've been considering taking a One-a-day Woman's but I hear you pee out most of those pills anyway.

between 1200-1600, depending on the day and the activity level. I tend to estimate calories, rather than count them strictly. I do measure out what I eat however.
