I guess safe to assume 50 kg? I had the same problem since my healthy weight was 100% due to diet and no exercise. But for the past couple months, I've been working out to try to get definition in my belly. I concentrate a lot on those basic core exercises like amethystgirl suggested - squats, push-ups (lots), pull-ups, lunges, and planks. And variations of planks and push-ups. I would do deadlifts, but I'm worried about form and a little intimidated with them. But if you know how to do them right, go for it. From what I've read, this is the best way to gain lean muscle and lose fat from your belly (and everywhere else).
