Why are you on a liquid diet and what does it consist of?  1200 cals is too low for an active teenager and is not healthy.  :(  1800 is minimum.

You might loose some weight but you will slow down your metabolism and plateau and/or then gain it back fast when you binge/start eating normally.

talk to your doctor about a diet and exercise plan

From what I've learnt on this website, you'd probably have more success losing weight if you bumped up your calories :)

im on a liquid diet because i heard it works to be honest and i pretty much have more liquids in my diet anyway. i have protein shakes, porridge, soups, tea, smoothies. i went on spark people and it said my calories have to be in a range of 1,200 - 1,550.

great i might go up a few hundred calories but does anyone know how much i will lose a week. please help!

If you're a teenager, you have to eat at least 1,500 a day.

Honestly, if you're walking a full 2 hours every day, depending on your effort (fast, slow, stroll, brisk?), you probably should be more in the 1,600 calorie range, if not more.  A liquid diet has no more benefit than solid foods, but if it works for you, great.

I don't think sparkpeople is geared for teenagers, therefore the level they give you will be too low.   Start with the higher cals and see how it goes and healthy weight loss takes time, crash dieting just leads to unhealthy weight loss, bingeing and weight regained, sometimes higher than you started :(

Use this calculator instead.

It's designed for growing teenagers.  Eat 500 calories less than what it recommends for the moderate to highly active setting for a pound a week of weight loss.  A 1000 deficit is doable, but a lot harder to sustain in the long run.

I'm letting you know now liquid diets are only if you will use it the rest of your life. A liquid diet is not enough essentials that you need. Once you reach the weight you want and you stop it, you will gain it back. This is from experience and from a doctor. But you can still have smoothies they are great for you frozen fruits with plain yogurt.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
