I am in search of multiple exercises I can do to burn  3000 calories before bed. I went on a major binge. I weigh 158 and am 5'7

A cycling century?
going for a run....a really really long run. sometimes, its okay to have a binge day though and just forget about it and try again tommorrow
for 3000 calories it will take hours and hours of doing anyhing.  Instead, just do some normal exercise, and make sure to stick to your diet in the future.  If you had 3000 calories total today, that's not awful, your body normally burns more than half of that just being alive, without even exercising.  Think of it this way, if you have an excess of 3,500 calories after accounting for all exercise, and your basal metabolic rate, then you gain 1 pound, and I highly doubt you could have eaten enough to get 3,500 calories more than your bmr.
For for 3 hours, that should push you over 3k cals if you are sprinting now and again.
Try King crab fishing. I heard those guys burn like 3500 a day.
A Marathon?
i think its impossible to burn 3000 cals in one day...you might kill yourself from sheer exhaustion.
jump rope for 3 and half hours?
I can't believe I'm seeing this.  I like the crab fishing idea as we are a Deadliest Catch household ourselves.
do they accept women in deadliest catch? I think my acrylic nails would get in the way. Do you think I would need waterproof mascara? Hehehehehe
Can't do it. Just go to bed. It's less than a pound, don't fret. You can lose it again if you want.

Best way would be figuring out why you binge. Are you starving yourself the rest of the time? Emotional problems? You would be better served by a little introspection and emotional calm, rather than merely adding compulsive exercise to your compulsive eating.
I agree with trustwomen. You didn't do as well as you wanted today. Tommorow is another day. You can do better tommorow. Just chalk today up as whatever.

For me 3000 calories is about 45 miles of fast walking.  You could be done in 14 hours, give or take.  I'd get caught up over a week or two.

24 hours of sex...moving later might be problematic.

A spinning class for three hours. Or reaction cycling which is about the same thing. Only advice I have for it, wear good shoes and bring a bike seat cusion.

Most classes are only an hour but you burn about 1000 calories a class.
Actually, one can burn more than 3,000 calories within several house...I do it when I do the Ironman!  I don't recommend it for anyone just plain wanting to get rid of unintended binges, though.

I agree with most everyone here...tomorrow is another day.
"i think its impossible to burn 3000 cals in one day...you might kill yourself from sheer exhaustion."

It's easy, I burn that on a normal day at work(arround 2800), that said even sedentive I would burn 1900 cals. I work in a shopping center, lot's of running arround to do(I bought a step counter, and I am walking arorund 5-6 miles on a normal day), 9 hours a day, but it's fun and the time passes by quickly.

So, go shopping for 9 hours(burning arround 200 cals per hour) and then sleep or rest(70 cals per hour) for the remaning 15 hours and you'll get to aprox. 3000 cals used up ;)

However: Burning an aditional 3.000 cals, is sure nothing that can be attaned. But I don't think you could have eaten that much junk to get a cal intake of arround5000 or something like that O.o
Why am I not surprised smwhipple would suggest 24 hours of sex as a way to burn 3000 calories? ;)
VENDETTA001- I like the shopping Idea..... Off to the mall to fuel my fashion addiction

i have been living at the gym latey....well 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. i can tell you that it is possible to burn the extra 3000+ cals within the 5 hour workout. i dont strain to do it either. though you have to have resistance and enurance to complete it. it is alll cardio. here is what i do. just to let you know im 5'4 225 lbs i eat around 2000 to 2200 a day.

i use the eliptical on level 13-14 at 3.5 -4.0 for 20-30 minutes and burn 400-500. thats my warmup.!

then i go to treadmill incline 14 speed 2.8 for 60 min. burn 700-800 i do slightly hold on so i put my weight at 210 to compensate for no arm weight.

for the last 30 min i do walk/job intervals at 2.8 for 1 min  on incline 10 and run 6.6 for 30 sec on incline 0. burn 300.

then  i go home eat nice refreshing meal relax for an hour or two then back to the next round. ido the same thing but i add the row machine in level 10 at 600 meter for the remaning time i have left. burn 200 300.

so there u go...its not impossible. i do it for the challange. and inches are falling off off me. ;P
