This Intermittent Fasting is working quite well(: I'm just consuming up to 1900-2000 calories a day, eating from 12pm-4pm and fasting for 20 hours each day :) 29 more pounds and ill be satisfied ^-^
Confrere on the 11 pounds! If you don't mind me asking why is it only a 4 hour window?
Thank You! ^-^ i do a 4 hour window because it allows my body those 20 hours for it to break down the food i consume before i workout the next morning :) also the more hours u fast the more fat u burn!
I wonder what it does to your muscle mass... can you update us on that number or are you only counting the pounds you're losing. In the end you want to lose fat mass but keep muscles...
im actually not losing muscle mass at all, i eat 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat throughout my daily window. im actually getting more definition and striations on my body. it all depends on ur consumption whether you lose muscle during "Intermittent Fasting". gotta eat ur protein ;)
