What did you do a great job at this week? Exercising! Joined a new gym, got a new programme, went swimming, cut my calorie intake to an average of 1400 (upwards for the work out days), Avoided most temptations. :o)
What could you improve on in week 2? Avoiding a few more temptations, finding more time to prepare healthier meals.

Get to the gym at least 3 times, complete my new excercise programme all 3 times.

What did you do a great job at this week? Exercising! I walked 5 days for 30 minutes and used elliptical on Saturday. I also started increasing my calories from around 1000 to around 1200ca/day. I also did a "nuts-free day" on Saturday to cut down the sodium intake.
What could you improve on in week 2? Decrease sodium from nuts! I was eating too much salty mixed nuts per day, and I am going to cut that down to 1 serving/day as well as trying to increasing my calories around 1300/day. I will not be discouraged by the weight gain which may be a result of my body adjusting to the increase in calorie.
Goals for Next Week: Continue walking 5 days a week and increase total daily caloric intake to 1200 - 1300 daily and see what happens!

This week I shall continue to eat between 1200 and 1400 cal and no splurging on Easter. Also continue to walk 3.5 miles per day. And drink a lot of water. Untill next week Good luck ya'll

Actaully lose weight! I pretty much stuck to 1200 calories, I had a "cheat" day with 1600. So I need to up my time of cardio a little and hope I lose next week.
