Yes, that weight is quite normal according to the BMI :) A normal weight range is in between 18.5 and 24.9. For you, being 5'10" and you say, 150, right? That would give you a BMI of 21.5 so you are definitely fine :) But.. maybe if you still aren't satisfied you could exercise or do cardio to slim down and tone your body :) I learned that cardiovascular exercises are very, very good for you :) And they burn calories quickly, showing more results faster :D

Thank you so much for replying! So glad to hear that its okay, i started to panic after I learnt that I had gained weight, i just dont want it to be a continuing trend! I used to do a lot of cardio through swimming but actually found that i was quite bulky because of it! (I lost weight once i stopped) do you think running would be better then? Or rowing? :)

I think any form of cardio is really good, so just do 30-45mins a day of whatever makes you feel more comfortable?

Me? I'm a Stairmaster / Rower person, but sometimes it's good to change around.

Gaining 10 pounds during a stressful period in life is OK, it happens to everyone (I think?). So just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't turn into a trend :)

Yes, yes, yes! :) lol, running will really help in making your legs toned without the bulk. But, there is a difference from actually running and jogging. Jogging long distance at a designated pace is the best if you don't want to gain too much muscle because it burns the calories and gets rid of fat.. Have you noticed how sprinters in Olympics usually have big legs because of muscle but then the long distance runners have toned legs that are smaller? That is the same thing :) I am trying to jog 45 minutes a day at a pace for my legs to keep them small and toned, but I am naturally very skinny and underweight right now, but for you it wouldn't hurt as much.. And swimming does gain more muscle than jogging.. :) lol, but cardio is good because you will lose fat everywhere, not only your legs :) Good luck! :)

Your good hun!

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
