I'm 5'3 an I weigh about 125 lbs. and I'm not really trying to lose weight, But I feel like I look like I weigh more than I do. I'd like to lose some of my belly fat by the time summer rolls around. Any ideas how to? Support is appreciated to :)

Maybe just diet one day a week and im sure you'll see some results or maybe cut out pop or something little like that!:) best of luck!

Calorie Count has a great introduction to strength training, don't worry, you won't end up looking like a female HULK. :-)

If you've never lifted before, I suggest you really focus on form using very light weights and then add weights.

Thanks :) I'll be sure to try it! I also forgot to say, I don't drink soda. I never have. It sort of burns my mouth an throat. So I really don't know what to cut back on. Any ideas?

You can also use resistance bands instead of weights for most strength work outs to start, or do body weight exercises. Pushups, squats, etc. I have been told that they make for great fat busters!

Good Diet chart and freehand exercise. Eat vegetables and drink plenty of water.

Consult with a physical trainer for specific belly exercise.
