I've not been eating much definitely no more than 1500 cal exercising everyday but I keep putting on weight. Sometimes it drops then It will zoom up half a stone,i don't get why.

More information would be helpful. How long have you been eating 1500 and what is your exercise routine? Height, current weight, etc. Whay types of foods are you eating? Do you weigh and measure your foods so you know you are pretty accurate on your portions?
