wobbly belly after loosing almost 4lb

Quote  |  Reply
I was wondering if it's normal to feel a bit more wobbly after loosing some weight, iv lost 3.8lb in a week and my belly feels softer than before, I was wondering if that's normal, and does it mean my belly is feeling the benefits of the weight loss? I'm guessing a few more visits to the gym and doing crunches/sit ups will help to firm me up after loosing some lb's? Any help appreciated ??? Jenny

I was about to do a post about this very thing when I came across your post. I see no one ever answered you. My belly has got more and more wobbly the more weight I've lost. I am guessing this is normal but would like confirmation as well!

Hope someone can answer and give advise!

Hey :) well i managed to go down to 10 stone and couldnt get any lower (thats 140lb) and recently started putting on again, back up to 10 stone 6, (146lb) and i can really notice it, especially on my belly! Day one back on healthy eating today and really back into it. Wish me luck!

I turned to this article when I started getting 'squishy fat' http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat-loss/of- whooshes-and-squishy-fat.html

I have experienced this myself.  I don't understand why it happens but it does.

3 DIY Tortilla Tricks
I love Mexican food—tacos with crispy shells, crunchy taco bowls and salty tortilla chips. But I could do without the extra calories, fat and sodium in the salty, often deep-fried tortillas served at many restaurants or the less-than-healthy packaged versions of these foods sold in the supermarket.
