I'm 16, 5'2 and last time I checked, 126 pounds but I'm weighing myself again tomorrow (down 4 so far :) ). I want to get to around 115.

Hey! I'm 13 but I've always been told to look years older than I am. I am 5'6 and 129 pounds. I'm trying to get to 117 for summer. I usually keep up my calorie goal for a week than on the 8th day.... I lose control and stuff every high-calorie food in my house into my mouth. I try to tell myself that I can control it and there is no necessity to eat.
Things I've tried in the past was that the second I felt hungry I first drank at least 4 glasses of water. Also planning out every meal before and leaving some space for evening snacks helps! Good luck to all of you out there!!!!!!!!!

I'm 14, 15 on Sunday. My height is 5'10 and I weigh about 150. Hoping to loose about 10-15 pounds and to tone up! :)

I know what I am doing is not entirely healthy but today i splurge on some fresh-baked brownies my mom made. Today was Friday so my goal was a little less restrictive about 1200, and I had gone swimming for an hour so I thought it was a decent goal. I ate about 500 extra calories and I feel sick right now. How can I be stronger in the future?
I'll join your group :) I just turned 15, am 4'9 and weigh about 160 right now. My goal weight is 90-100 pounds, as I have serious Scoliosis and that would be the most beneficial to keep it from getting worse.
I'll post my weight next Friday again. I have started speed walking about 30 minutes - an hour every day on a treadmill / elliptical, and average 2-3 miles per day.

im the same hide as u @coco53179 and i use to weight even up 187 lbs
the past 5 months i went down to 153 lbs so i lost around 34 lbs!!
And im currently 15 , im still trying to go down to 145 lbs :)
