Umm.. I'm 5'10, but.... I'm gonna post anyways! :D

I'm at about 198-199lb. My goal is around 185.. Only like 14 more to go!

 

 

I'm 16, 5'7", started at 186, am now 121, am looking to get back to 127/128. 

I somehow managed to seriously overshoot my goal of 134.

I was happy at 128, and now need to work on getting back there--because, frankly, I look kind of gross at this weight.  So I've got some gaining to do.

I'm a 16 year old male, 5'7", up to 135 lbs now, which was my goal weight.

24yr female. I'm 5'7" and I wiegh 305.7lb. My goal is 150lb

I'm 5'7'' and I weigh 137. I start to feel fit at around 130. My goal is 120.

I'm 5'7 (and a half!!) and i weigh 134 lbs. I ideally would like to be around 115...

I'm 16 and 5'9. My low weight was 118. Right now I am 134 lbs, but I hope to stay between 127-130. Lately my weight has been a slippery slope both ways... :/

im 5'10" also... but here is: im 21 female and i weigh 148 my target is 130. i would say my goal is 135 but my weight tends to fluxuate quite a bit so i figure if i aim for 130 and i happen to weigh 132-133 im not going to cry about it. Id like to get out of this 140 range.. i seem to be stuck everytime i hit 139 im like oops back up again!

I'm a little less than 5"9, at 136 pounds, goal weight is 132 :)

I'm 5'8 and my current weight is 152 and is the most I've ever weighed. My current short term ideal goal is to get to 135 by summer. Long term anywhere between 125-130.

i'm 5'8 and my current weight is 180, down from 210.  Ideally I would like to weight 150 by August 2010

 how about you actually pick a realistic and healthy weight?

where you are now is about as low as you should be

a more modest goal of 130-135 is probably both healthier and more attractive.  116 is a BMI of 18.2, that is underweight and we will not support unhealthy goals.

I'm 25, 5'7.5'' and currently 213.  My goal weight is 150.  I've been there and it looks good :) 

WOW, I can't even imagine being my height and weighing much less than 140.  Eek.

My best friend weighed under 100 and she was 5'8''....and she died from her eating disorder.  That turned me off of unrealistic goals....and eating disorders.

I am 5"9.75 and I weigh 143 lbs. I used to weigh 133, 6 months ago, so I want to get back to that, and then to 127.

I'm 5'7.  I currently weigh 143lbs, and my goal weight is 120 lbs. 

I'm 5'8" and 163. I had trouble chosing a goal weight....138lbs is my "minigoal". I will see how I feel there with 128 being my ideal low weight.

 Im 23 5'8" and a half and weigh 154 but my goal is around 130 - 135

I am really close to 5'7" and I weigh 173 with a goal of 135.

i am a 21 year old male im 5'9 and i weigh 196, granted i do lift weights 3 or 4 times a week but my goal is right around the 170 mark, i just dont know how im gonna do that while keeping muscle mass
