Noooo. This isn't healthy for you at all! What is your reason for wanting to get to such a low weight?

You already are! The average woman wears a size 8-12. Don't go to extremes to change who you are.

I am struggling with anorexia. I have a BMI of 12.8, no period, horrible joints and bones, I freak out over food and I may die very very soon.

Yeah, I am struggling with anorexia and have been for 11 years.

It's not worth it! Is being 'pretty' worth risking your life? STRONG is the new SKINNY... instead of trying to be so thin why not try to be strong and eat healthy?

Listen to Doll_eyes. Eating 500 calories a day will not make you happy. Being 105 will not make you happy (just thin, weak, and ill). Please seek medical advice, and stop this while you still can.

*Sending virtual hugs to Doll_eyes*, Don't give up!! You can get better; you were doing really well last year. Yes, anorexia is one long struggle, but if I can get better after 28 or so years, then I'm sure you can!!

I had an ed for just about a year and trust me, it's not fun! (blue nails, losing period, constant anxiety). If you want thinspo, look elsewhere

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
