I would really love to lose about 10ore pounds and would love to have a buddy!:) I am a 16 year old female and I am 5'11 and I weigh 155 pounds! I also have already lost 45 pounds so if someone has more than 10-15 pounds to lose and we could still buddy up and I would love to help!:)

I don't go running for cardio! I actually jump rope and it's much more effective than running. Just 1000 skips is roughly 200 calories, if not more. As for shoes I wear pumas! They're super light and feel great and are easy to work out in :)
That's a good idea! I love to Jump rope! I'm gonna go out and buy myself one tommorow!:p I also need to buy new shoes so I'm gonna get me some pumas! Thanks!:) have you ever done Zumba? Do you like it if you have? I'm thinking about starting to do it on my wii!
You're welcome!! It's a little difficult but it'll get easier, not to mention a jump rope is 10$ at the most. And definitely invest in a pair of pumas :) as for zumba, I have never tried, but from what I've heard it's very effective and its also fun! I think you should give it a go and see how you like it, goodluck!

Okay so last Friday I weighed in at 155...
This Friday I weigh 158.9??????:3 but I know why! TOTM so that's actually pretty good because I can gain up to 10 pounds!!!!:/ maybe I did lose a pound or two??!! Wont know till next Friday!!:(
Nikes are amazing too!! But pricey all right. And aw no. You're probably bloating! It adds tons of weight, so you'd be better off waiting until next week. As for me I still weigh the same. Boo plateau! But ATLEAST i've officially left the 150's :) so yay little goals! Can't wait till next week.
Ya sucks but its life!:p good for you!!:) I only ever saw the 140's once when I was really really sick!:( it was scary because I couldn't eat anything and I went like that for a week and my mom keep force feeding me these shakes that are super super calorie dense and they tasted gross but that's what they actually give to people who are dying so they dont starve! It was pretty bad!:( after that I gained it all back within a week or so and a couple pounds more because I was just eating anything I could get my hands on!!! Just trying now to get rod of that extra weight I gained back but I would like to get to 145 but I feel like that would be a little to skinny for me since in 5'11!!:/
Ahh, female pains!! and thank you so much :) aww no that sounds awful, but atleast you had your mom helping you and you're better now. and woooow you're so tall! 145 would be a perfect weight and you'll look freaking amazing :) can't wait for all of us to reach our goal weights and happiness ♥
