don't do it! eat something else that is lower in calories, but will satisfy your sweet tooth. you might just end up feeling horribly guilty about it.

orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr if you have super self control, you could just have a bite...but that never works for me.

quite frankly,if you're eat well the rest of the week just eat the damn brownie

You got two options here:

1. Eat it. It won't kill you. If you eat healthy and exercise during the week, it won't hurt your progress. Hell, the extra calories may even help your progress.

2. Throw it out or give it away. If you don't want to indulge in the calorie infested dessert, or you haven't exactly been "on track" with your exercise/diet this week.. get rid of it. Once it's gone, it's gone.

There won't be any more craving/obsessing. In what way it will be "disposed of" is up to you. :)

Personally, I'd just eat it, and enjoy every millisecond of it. Most of the time the "just a bite" thing really doesn't work. You gotta have some really damn good self control for that.

I say to eat it. I know that its not the most healthy thing in the world but having a treat once a week to a correct portion is actually good for you. It helps you not feel deprived and may help aviod a binge. Eat it.

If youre afriad of feeling guilty abotu it you could always cut it in half and only eat half.

Offer it to someone in your family, and if everyone refuses, just throw it out. Then it wont be sitting there and taunting you.

Or perhaps you should just cut it in half, eat one half and throw out the other. If you exercise a little bit more today, then it shouldn't hurt.

lol "it's calling my name".. I love that.  Reminds me of a Degrassi episode I saw once, called 'our lips are sealed'.  lol anyways, whenever I'm in that situation, I make sure EVERYONE knows I won't be eating it.  I make light jokes, tell them if I smell it I'll gain 10 pounds, and then nurse my bottled water like it's the next best thing.  It sucks, but in my experience, saying no is easier than "buyer's remorse".

good luck babe.

As long as you work it off, you should be fine!

Chuck it.

If it's for you, then don't consider it wasted. No one else would have eaten it anyway.

One brownie isn't really a big deal. You could easily find a way to work it into your cals without going over, or going over much, if you fill up on low cal foods for the rest of the day. I say eat it, if it's not going to make you feel too guilty, just work around it :) Good luck whatever you choose!

If you'll feel badly about it later, then it isn't worth it.
