Ok so today I ate little bites, a piece of bread, an apple, some pasta (i guess half a bowl) and 7 strawberries. The calculator says that I ate 900 calories though (after trying to add like some extra so really 700ish). Dont I need like atleast 1000? For excersize I walk 35 minutes everyday like 3mph. Also I do an hour of like jumping jacks, tabble tenis, that type if stuff which is equal to about 2k calories burned so I have a 1k deficit or whatever its called. Is that good like healthy? I dont feel hungary like im not starving myself like Im eating te same i just stopped eating snacks, drinking soda, and i excersize an hour more (im trying to lose weight, 10-25 pounds)
You need to eat at least 1500 if you are sedentary, female, and under 21. Probably at least 2000 if you are exercising an hour daily.
You might not feel like you are starving yourself, but you are.
1.) why aren't you eating real meals?
2.) you should be eating WAY more calories, like around 1800-2100 with your stats and activity level
2.) if you have too big of a deficit (like -1000 cals) your metabolism crashes and your weight loss stalls
4.) yes you are starving yourself, stop it, its not going to get you want you want.
For your #1 why arent u eating real meals I actually am because that was my sschool lunch, pasta is a dinner, and strawberries are a snack only the little bites cuz I woke up late.
Also I really dont think Im starving myself, if I eat to much wont I get fatter anyways

..yeah about that...science, biology, and medical research don't care about what you think. The simply truth of the matter is you're starving yourself. If you eat 2000 calories no, you won't get fatter, you'll be feeding your body all the nutrition it needs to get you through puberty and on to adulthood.
Or, you can continue under eating, destroying your metabolism, and setting yourself up for a life time of yo-yo dieting and perpetual chubbiness. Look around this website, there are quite a few people who did what you're doing now....and oh look, years later they are fatter, sadder, and desperately trying to lose weight..again. Its a shame; they, and you, can avoid that by eating the proper amount of calories for your age and activity level.
I did the same thing before. Trust me you cant live on that many calories forever. If one day u even eat 1500 u will gain weight, so its good to actually start off eating enough now. I know it seems like a lot, but eating 1800 at least is the only way to actually lose weight. Then when u r done losing u can easily eat 2000 cal all the time and keep the weight off. Increase your calories, trust me in a couple of days u will start gettibg hungry again and can easily eat that much and lose weight. The way u r doing right now, u will lose weight, but then u will have to eat very little everyday. And when ur body gets really weak you will begin to have uncontrollable binges as your bodys attempt to stay alive. And you will gain all the weight back plus more. Dont think you know more than what everyone else is saying. We speak from experience and you dont want to go down that path. Yu will eventually always be hungry and will begin losing a lot of hair and can think of nothing but food. Please use your brain and eat at least 1800 calories with how much excercise u r doing
