How many calories to eat to lose weight?

Hey :] I'm a 19 yr old female, 5'5, 148...I want to get down to and maintain at 130-135..I run about 4-5 times a week (been running 3 miles a day this past week, working up to 10k) and am going to be starting kick boxing next week/2 days a week...So now that you know that, would someone be able to tell me how many calories I need to eat to get to my goal? Even a ballpark figure is nice cause I have no clue where to start.

According to this (http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/healthyeatingcalculat or/eatingCal.html) calculator, you should be eating around 2700 calories a day to maintain. Subtract 500 from this, and you get a good place to start for weight loss. Try eating 2200 calories daily, if you lose more than a pound or two a week, increase it a little, if you're gaining or losing less than half a pound a week lower it a tad. It all has to do with guessing and checking to see where your body is most comfortable. Good luck! :)
