I started a cereal diet a week ago & drop 8 pounds already! Cup of cereal for breakfast & lunch with 1 cup of skim milk and for dinner eat a reasonable healthy dinner with snacking of fruit all day! I haven't even worked out at all either, I plan on starting that this week!
